We may not know what music is, but we know something about what music can do. For indigenous people music has always been part of their curing rituals. In recent decades in our own culture, music is enjoying a renaissance as medical therapy.  

In the spring of 2001 Anders Rogg released his CD "Lyden av lys" (The Sound of Light), and despite a prognosis of a limited audience sales have almost reached 10 000 copies in Norway.

Ever since its release, reports have been flowing in on the use of The Sound of Light in a wider perspective. Healing effects have been reported by people with general ailments such as anxiety, distress, muscle and joint pains, sleeplessness, even tinnitus and seasickness. 

The sound on the new "Videre" album, which is a double CD, is completely acoustic this time too, including a string quintet (without violins), piano, wordless choir, miscellaneous wind instruments, including an Armenian duduk, Trygve Seim on saxophones and more.  

This time there are no limitations when it comes to listener age or life situation! We sincerely hope this music from the heart will speak to the heart!
